Do my customers have to attend any timeshare presentations?

Answer:

This is a very common question. The answer is clear: ABSOLUTELY NOT. We do not require any type of sales presentations. No tours, no meetings, business opportunities, or anything similar. Also, the hotels do not know the difference between your customers and the customers who are paying full price for the rooms.

Can I have a list of hotels?

Answer:

As a rule, our participating hotels do not allow us to use their names as part of our marketing campaign. They do not want us to conflict with their marketing programs or pricing policies.

Can I pick the hotel?

Answer:

The Travel Agency, once receiving your customer's reservation form, finds a hotel in the program that can accommodate the dates requested. Your customer selects the travel dates and our travel provider will select the hotel that has occupancy during those dates.

What hotels do you use?

Answer:

Because the travel industry is constantly changing, we do not publish a list of available hotels. The hotels used for our vacation certificate program are all three and four star hotels such as DoubleTree, Holiday Inn, Ramada, Marriott, and other well-known franchises. In Las Vegas, we work with major hotel casinos. We use many hotels at each destination so your customer will, in most cases, get their vacation on the dates they requested. You don't have to worry about sending someone on a less than superior vacation. On the average, if someone uses one of our vacation certificates, they will receive accommodations that they would normally pay $200 - $300 for. The money they save on their accommodations will go a long way to pay for their transportation and meals. Some hotels provide mini-suites complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. We guarantee that your customers will be satisfied with their accommodations or their registration fee will be refunded.

What is my customer's total cost to use this certificate?

Answer:

As the certificates states, your customer will pay only a small $15 processing fee. They will receive a reservation form specific to the city they chose, in the mail within approximately 1 week after we process their certificate. They will use this reservation form to make their room reservation request. When they mail in this form, they will pay their room tax payment of $7-$12 per night. That's it! Of course, they would be paying room taxes for any hotel room they would normally use anyway.

Who pays the registration fee?

Answer:

The $15 registration fee is paid by the end user (person taking the vacation). This allows our companies and distributors to purchase a larger number of certificates at a lower price.

How much are room taxes?

Answer:

State law requires consumers to pay taxes on any stay at a lodging establishment, even if the stay is given away. You don't have to worry......we've made sure that taxes will never be higher than $12 a night. (That's per room, not per person.)

Are there really no other fees?

Answer:

Besides the registration fee and the state mandatory room taxes, there are none at all. No purchase of airline tickets, car rentals, restaurant passes, or anything else is required. We want you to have confidence in the product you'll be giving away to your customers and prospects.

What are some restrictions to this great deal?

Answer:

We don't believe in fine print, and are happy to discuss all the details up front. Basic restrictions do apply, but you'll never encounter hidden fees, an unhelpful redemption office, or required timeshare presentations. Basically, we ask that your customers follow these basic rules to receive their 3 day 2 night hotel stay:

  • Weekday check-ins are required. A weekend stay may be available for a supplemental fee, but is not guaranteed.
  • Your customer must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Your customer must give 60 days notice prior to taking their vacation.
  • Each household may take only one vacation per city per year.
  • This offer is not valid for conventions or group travel and may not be used back-to-back.
  • Your customer must pay a registration fee of $15 and state mandated room taxes of about $7-$12 a night (per room, not per person). No other fees are ever collected. That's all! You pay abut $30.00 for a 3 day, 2 night hotel stay that would normally cost about $200 - $300.

How long are these certificates good for?

Answer:

These certificates have no expiration date. Once one of these certificates is sent in with the $15 processing fee it has an expiration date of 1 year.

How do I redeem my certificate?

Answer:

You can either redeem your certificate online at www.HotelRedemption.com, or by completing the certificate information and sending it, along with your check or money order for $15 to:

Can I reserve my own hotel room and call you to pay for it?

Answer:

No. The travel agency only works with selected hotels. They must make all reservations.

When should I redeem my certificate?

Answer:

You must redeem your certificate within 60 days. Even if you are not sure when and where you want to travel, you should redeem the certificate and obtain your reservation form. You can then send in your reservation form to the travel agency, noting on the form where you wish to travel. Then, if you are unsure of your desired travel dates, you can phone them in to the agency at a later time.

Can you guarantee that all locations will always be available?

Answer:

We can't promise that every destination will always be available at all times, but it's rare when one isn't. We work with numerous hotels in each destination, so if one has no vacancies, we have backups.

What exactly is each hotel certificate redeemable for?

Answer:

Each of our hotel stay certificates is redeemable for a free 3 day, 2 night stay in one of 23 great destinations. No additional purchase is required, and transportation to and from the hotels is up to the customer. We estimate the average retail value of each certificate to be over $200.

How many other people use these certificates?

Answer:

Our partnered travel agency handles thousands of reservations each month. Many of those reservations are from repeat customers, which is how they make their money. They get the repeat customers because they deliver what they promise.

Are there any times when I can't reserve a room?

Answer:

Hotels are generally filled with paying customers during the week before and after a major holiday. Most of the hotels are also filled with paying customers on weekends, especially in Las Vegas and Orlando. You will need to provide the agency with two date choices of travel.

Do we have to buy transportation from the travel agency?

Answer:

You are not required to purchase transportation from the travel agency. You can make any travel arrangements you would like. Please do not purchase non-refundable travel tickets until you have received written confirmation of your hotel reservations. If you purchase plane tickets in advance, you may have to make changes to accommodate your hotel reservations.

What happens after I send in the $15.00 redemption fee?

Answer:

You will receive a reservation form in the mail within 7 to 10 days after we process your certificate. You will use this reservation form to make your room reservation requests. When you mail in this form, you will pay your room taxes. Of course, you would be paying room taxes for any hotel room you would normally use.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer:

Yes! The rates on the 20 certificates for children are $10.00 per child per night if under 12 years old, and $20.00 per child per night if over 12 years old.

Can we go with another couple?

Answer:

These certificates are not good for group travel. Two couples could each individually redeem certificates for the same city and dates, but there is no guarantee that they would end up staying in the same property. You may request it when you make your reservations with the reservation service, but it is not guaranteed.

Can I use more than one 3 day 2 night vacation certificate?

Answer:

Yes, you may visit several different cities within a 12 month period, but you cannot visit the same city twice in one year, for free rooms.

Yes! Your certificate is good for 2 adults, age 21 or older.

How can your reservation service get these hotel deals?

Answer:

Hotels are rarely completely occupied except for major holidays. Rather than have empty space with no people using the restaurants and lounges, many hotels contract with travel agencies to fill the space at a huge discount. The travel agencies and hotels want repeat business. The hotel also wants people using the facilities, especially if they have a casino in the hotel.

What are the blackout dates on these vacations?

Answer:

The week before, during, or after any major holiday and major conventions at some resorts. Weekends also incur a small surcharge.

Do I have to purchase airfare to receive this offer?
